By developing a renewed understanding of the quality of resilience in yourself and others, we will reaffirm the importance of trust in personal and professional relationships.
Question for further thought:  Do the assumptions I make about others serve me well?

Exploring Leadership

By remembering and honoring our mentors, we will examine those qualities of leadership we have evidenced through-out our professional lives and consider how we can be the kind of leader who inspires and creates healthy, positive environments.
Question for further thought: Am I working and living in the kind of environment which nurtures growth in all my colleagues?

  • Each session will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Lake Shore Farm.
  • The cost for each session is $145.00. If registering for the four-session series, the cost is discounted to $450.00. This cost includes coffee and refreshments, lunch, all session materials and a certificate of attendance suitable for staff development hours.

    *A $25.00 registration fee should be paid at registration.
